Do you offer customization?

I love to personalize your jewelry! Please contact me before ordering if you require customization.

Will my order be gift wrapped?

You bet! Your order will be carefully wrapped and ready for gifting each and every time! If you are ordering multiple gifts, please leave a note at checkout that you would like each gift wrapped individually.

What is your processing time?

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Where do you ship?

Currently shipping is available in Canada and the US only.

Do you have local pick up options?

If you are a local customer, in the Winnipeg area, your order will be personally delivered within 2 business days (after processing timelines) for a flat rate of $4. Manitoba customers also benefit from this low rate by selecting “untracked shipping” at checkout.

What are your shipping costs?

All orders are shipped using Canada Post. At checkout, you will have the option to select tracked or untracked shipping and the flat rate cost for your region.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

I do not offer returns or exchanges at this time but if you have any problems with your order, please reach out.
